Frequently asked questions

How long will my order take?

Most pieces are made to order, for some items this can take up to 6 weeks, bespoke pieces can take up to 8-10 weeks, though often sooner. At checkout you have an option between Royal Mail tracked and signed for service (insured up to £50) or special delivery (insured up to £2000). Once your order is completed and dispatched you'll receive an email plus tracking number and your item should arrive within 1-3 working days (UK only), if special delivery has been selected this will be next working day. If your parcel has been delayed please get in touch.

If you live locally I do offer collection from my studio in Brighton, there is an option for this at checkout.

Express shipping

If you need your jewellery to be made urgently please don't hesitate to email me info@halinamutinta.com and I will do my best to accommodate.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I do! I ship via Royal Mail using an international tracked and signed service. However, this service only insures jewellery up to £250, if you would like your item to be shipped via a courier please note there will be a fee that varies according to the price of your purchase. Upon placing your order, please contact me to request your item to be shipped via courier which also includes insurance.

How do I know my size?

The best way to measure your ring size is at your local jeweller's which only takes a minute, it'll be professionally sized and it's free. If you are able to come to Brighton I would suggest coming into my workshop and I can measure your ring size. If you can't make it to a jeweller's you can purchase a ring sizer from the 'rings' section and measure your ring size at home. They're complete with easy to follow instructions.

What if I'm buying a ring for someone else?

If you're buying a ring for someone else as a suprise maybe ask their friend/relative if they know their ring size or if you're able to, sneak their ring to a jeweller's to have it sized.

Please note it is important to have the correct ring size when purchasing your jewellery, it is the responsibility of the customer to have an accurate size. I offer one re-sizing free of charge within the first 12 months, this is only applicable if your ring needs to be re-sized a small amount. If the ring needs re-sizing or re-making and includes a stone or engraving there will be a fee of £60.
